His work in the health care industry has been with HMOs, hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors, and biomedical instrumentation companies.
His clients include Hewlett-Packard, McKesson Corporation, Kaiser Permanente, QualMed, Health Net, Mott Children's Health Center, Marcus J. Lawrence Hospital, Merck, LAD Drug Co, Syntex, Acuson, The Western Health Care Network, AT&T, Chevron, Exxon, TRW, PG&E, and many others.
Mr. Bandrowski helps clients increase profitable growth and decrease costs through innovative strategic planning, imaginative marketing, TQM, and by resuscitating reengineering efforts with CPR (Creative Process Reeingineering). He has trained and facilitated teams to improve nearly all the major business processes in health care. Clients have dramatically increased customer satisfaction while saving millions of dollars.
He has an MBA in accounting from New York University, an MS in management science from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a BE in chemical engineering from Villanova University. Early in his career, he worked for Becton-Dickinson in medical instrumentation research, product and process design, and manufacturing engineering. He received two patents and was published in Clinical Chemistry magazine.
