 Ms. Globokar has over 30 years experience in the Health Care Industry in domestic and international environments, with four years spent in a national consulting practice.
She has extensive experience in implementation, project management, operations workflow design and management, new business development, and turn-around administration for organizations failing to meet contractual and service delivery standards. Her background includes leadership in account management, proposal writing, organizational engineering/re-engineering, strategic planning and training.
Ms. Globokar has established a reputation as a leader who can set goals and meet them while working with staff at all levels in organizations. She has been consistently employed as both an internal and external consultant whose solutions merge innovative thinking, creative use of resources and staff development.
Her strong organizational skills have facilitated the formation of performance and management practices in parallel with reporting tools that support product delivery standards and contractual requirements.
Ms. Globokar earned a BS from Wayne State University and an MS from the University of Michigan. Her personal interests include reading, gardening, cooking and outdoor recreation.
