Mr. McQueen’s operating experience includes leading sales, professional services, customer care and performance management organizations. From 2002 – 2004 he acted as VP of Business Performance Management for Blue Shield of California. His international business background includes projects in Asia and Europe. He studied at the London School of Economics.
