Mr. Perretta has 18 years experience in the healthcare industry, including 10 years at or above the VP level. At IBM he managed sales & systems engineering teams on some of IBM's largest health insurance accounts. He was Senior VP of Information Systems at one of the nation's largest behavioral managed care organizations.

Over the past 2 years, Henry has focused on HIPAA compliance. He has assessed IT architectures for HIPAA transaction readiness at fourteen different health plan administrators and several health clinics; and formulated components and implementation plans to address IT infrastructure gaps in electronic commerce, processing functionality, and legacy system remediation. He has performed similar work for HIPAA privacy readiness at a managed care software vendor, and a Medicaid HMO.

Recently he developed a database that accepted financial & clinical utilization data from 6 hospitals and over 30 community mental health clinics in the Dayton, Ohio area. Resulting analysis was presented to the President's New Freedom Commission on Mental Health in March 2003.

Mr. Perretta holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, and a Masters in Business Administration from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. He is a Fellow in the Life Management Institute and holds the Health Insurance Associate designation from the Health Insurance Association of America.
