Ms. Reynolds has over 30 years experience in marketing and business development. She has introduced and developed the market for several market-leading products, working with industry teams to specify, brand, launch, build revenue and market share, leading to successful strategic partnerships, IPO, and acquisitions. As a marketing executive for a Class III medical device company, she helped build the America’s market, culminating in a successful $100 M IPO. In addition, she helped launch two healthcare IT companies, building to an acquisition. She has assisted a broad range of clients in selecting and understanding their markets, competitive positioning, strategic planning, product development, securing reimbursement, product introduction and creating and executing effective promotional programs. Ms. Reynolds has experience in marketing to hospitals, physicians, and managed care organizations, as well as multi-tiered and "direct to consumer" marketing programs. Ms. Reynolds has a demonstrated ability to leverage limited resources to achieve successful results. She also has extensive experience securing early-stage capital through the NIH’s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant process.
